Se presentan en el Registro de la Propiedad dos escrituras otorgadas hace tiempo por las que se segregan y venden sendas parcelas de terreno El Registrador deniega la inscripción por estar agotada la cabida inscrita de la finca matriz La DGRN confirma la calificación porque o bien existen documentos posteriores que han tenido acceso al Registro con anterioridad y que impiden, conforme al art. 17 LH, la inscripción actual, o bien existe un error registral cuya rectificación no puede hacerse por la vía del recurso, debiendo acudirse a los Tribunales de Justicia.
